These terms govern purchases from Interior Motive, whether made through this website, in the showroom, or by phone or WhatsApp. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. orders and acceptance

An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and, for made-to-order work, when the deposit clears. Until then we may decline an order — for example if an item is discontinued or a price has been listed in error.

2. prices

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice, but never after your order has been confirmed. Delivery charges outside the free-delivery zones are shown before payment.

3. payment

• Stocked catalogue items: payable in full on delivery or in advance.
• Made-to-order, bespoke and fitted work: 50% deposit to begin production, balance due on delivery.
• Turnkey projects: staged payments as set out in the project contract.
• Accepted methods: cash on delivery (up to Rs 300,000), bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Easypaisa and JazzCash.

Goods remain the property of Interior Motive until paid for in full.

4. made-to-order and bespoke work

Bespoke and custom-sized pieces are built to a drawing you approve in writing. Once approved, that drawing is the specification: changes after production begins may attract additional cost and time, which we will quote before proceeding.

Timber is a natural material. Grain, colour and figure vary between pieces and will change with age and light exposure. Small variation from a showroom sample is characteristic of the material, not a defect.

5. dimensions and tolerances

Published dimensions are nominal. Manufacturing tolerance is ±10 mm on overall sizes for freestanding furniture. For fitted joinery, dimensions are taken from our own site survey; if you supply the measurements yourself, you remain responsible for their accuracy.

6. delivery and installation

Delivery timescales are estimates given in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including transport disruption, import delays and force majeure.

You are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access, and for informing us of restrictions before delivery. Where access is inadequate and this was not disclosed, a re-delivery charge may apply.

7. cancellation and returns

• Catalogue orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
• Catalogue items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition, less the delivery charge.
• Made-to-order, custom-sized and bespoke pieces cannot be cancelled once production has started, and cannot be returned other than for manufacturing faults.

8. warranty

We warrant frames, joinery and structure against manufacturing defects for 2 years, and hardware and finish for 1 year, from the date of delivery. The warranty is limited to repair, replacement or refund at our discretion, and does not cover accidental damage, misuse, alteration by third parties, or normal wear.

9. design services

Design fees cover the work described in your engagement letter. Drawings, visuals and specifications remain the intellectual property of Interior Motive and are licensed to you for use on the project they were prepared for. They may not be issued to another contractor for execution without our written consent.

10. liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. complaints

Email hello@interiormotive.pk or call +92 21 3583 1234. We acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and aim to resolve them within 14.

12. governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
