This policy explains what personal information Interior Motive collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website, our showroom and our WhatsApp and phone channels.
what we collect
- Contact details — name, phone number, email address and delivery address, so we can quote, deliver and install.
- Order information — items, finishes, dimensions, drawings and payment status.
- Project information — measurements, photographs and floor plans you send us for design or bespoke work.
- Site usage — pages viewed and general location, collected through analytics cookies to understand what people look for.
We do not store full card numbers. Card payments are handled on our payment provider’s secure hosted page.
how we use it
- To prepare quotations and drawings, and to fulfil, deliver and install your order.
- To contact you about an order, a delivery window or a service request.
- To honour warranty claims, which requires us to keep order records.
- To send marketing emails, but only if you have opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To improve the website and our range based on aggregate usage.
photographs of your home
We often photograph completed projects. We will always ask for written permission before publishing images of your home, and you can withdraw that permission at any time — we will remove the images from our website and social channels.
who we share it with
Only where necessary to complete your order: delivery and logistics partners, payment processors, and specialist subcontractors such as glass, stone or metalwork suppliers. They receive the minimum information needed and may not use it for anything else. We do not sell personal data.

- Unsubscribe from marketing at any time without affecting your order.

security
Order and customer data is held on access-controlled systems. Payment pages are encrypted in transit. If a breach ever affected your information, we would tell you directly and promptly.
