Charges are volume-based; oversized items such as full bedroom sets or 10-seat dining tables may be quoted individually. The exact figure is always confirmed before you pay.
lead times
- In stock — dispatched within 5–7 working days.
- Made to order — 3–4 weeks. Most of the catalogue is built after you order it.
- Bespoke and fitted joinery — 4–6 weeks from the day you approve the drawing.
- Turnkey projects — 8–16 weeks, scheduled against an agreed programme.
If anything is going to be late you will hear it from us first, with a new date and the reason for the delay.
what happens on delivery day
- We call the day before to confirm a two-hour arrival window.
- The team carries everything in — please clear the route and the room beforehand.
- Pieces are assembled where needed, then levelled, anchored and adjusted.
- You inspect the work and sign a delivery note.
- All packaging leaves with the team. Warranty card and care sheet are handed over.
access
Tell us about narrow stairwells, small lifts, tight landings or gate restrictions when you order. We check access dimensions against the drawing in advance and, where necessary, build the piece in sections so it can be assembled inside the room.
missed deliveries
If nobody is available at the confirmed window, we will rebook once at no charge. Further rebookings are charged at the standard delivery rate for your city.
returns and refunds
Catalogue items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition and original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days, less the delivery charge.
Custom-sized, custom-finished and bespoke pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, other than for manufacturing faults.
Faulty or damaged goods — report to the fitters at the time of delivery, or email hello@interiormotive.pk with photographs within 48 hours. We repair on site where possible and remake where not, at our cost.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, alterations by third parties, or normal wear such as fabric pilling and timber colour change with age.
